You’ll be able to track your transfer’s progress, view key details, see past updates and what’s coming next.

How we manage your transfer

Once you’ve submitted your request, we’ll contact your existing provider and manage the transfer on your behalf.

If we don’t receive an update, we’ll:

  • Email your provider every 5 working days to request progress

  • If delays continue, we’ll begin calling them every 10 working days

We’ll keep you informed along the way, with updates each time we chase your provider so you always know what’s happening.
