Can I cancel my SIPP? 

You have a 30‑day cooling‑off period starting from the date your SIPP is opened. Please note, once investments are made or transfers are completed, your right to cancel may be lost.   

• If you open a SIPP and do not invest or request a transfer in, you can cancel in the app 

• If you request a transfer in, you must email support@quilterinvest.com to cancel 

• If a transfer in has been completed, it must be treated as a transfer out 

• If funds have moved and the ceding provider will not accept them back, you must nominate another authorised scheme 

If you cancel within the cooling‑off period: 

• Contributions will be refunded to you 

• Transfers will be returned to the transferring scheme where they agree to accept them 

We will confirm your cancellation rights in writing. You may receive less back than you invested if markets have moved or charges have applied.
