DriveWealth Data Security Incident

What happened?

DriveWealth, a former service provider that supported our historic Instant Account product, has informed us of a data security incident that may have affected information relating to some customers who previously held an Instant Account.

Who may be affected?

This incident only relates to customers who previously held an Instant Account through NuWealth or Wombat Invest, previous trading names of Quilter Invest. DriveWealth is contacting affected individuals directly by email with further information about the incident. You can also visit the DriveWealth website for updates regarding its investigation.

Are my current Quilter Invest accounts affected?

No. This incident did not affect Quilter Invest's systems, infrastructure or customer databases. Your current Quilter Invest account, and any other accounts you may hold with us, have not been affected by this incident.
