What happens if I become seriously ill or pass away? 

If you inform us of serious illness, we notify our pension administrator, who will issue the relevant documents. 

In the event of death: 

• A Death Benefit Questionnaire must be completed 

• This applies regardless of the amount held in the SIPP 

• Your nominated beneficiaries will be considered based on your expression of wishes.
